You can now sync your Strava account with Final Surge, enabling any workout uploaded to your Strava account to automatically populate your Final Surge training log calendar.

We are excited to announce the release of Heart Rate and Power Zone reports to our Reports & Statistics section, along with a new zone chart on the training log Dashboard page.
Updates to our Advanced Workout Analysis page allows you to drill down into your data, viewing metrics on specific segments you highlight.
You can now see a color coded view of your calendar based on how much of the workout you have completed. This allows both coaches and athletes to quickly see how training is going and if there were any workouts that did not get completed as planned.
Coaches can now enable team message boards in the system, allowing athletes to discuss various training topics with each other in a forum environment.
Coaches are now able to invite other coaches in the system to their account and give them access to one or more teams. This is ideal for companies with multiple coaches, or, for head/assistant coach relationships such as at colleges and high schools.
With the launch of our Bulk Copy/Move/Delete feature you can now copy, move and delete multiple weeks of workouts at a time. If you are a coach, you can now copy multiple weeks of workouts to other athlete and team calendars as well.
Final Surge now allows you to sync your workout calendar with popular third party sites and applications such as iCal, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Calendar and more!
